KD & Associates is a boutique accounting and business advisory practice based in Adelaide, specialising in taxation, accounting, and business advisory services across a diverse client base.

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Tax Accountant / Business Services Accountant to join our growing practice.
n
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Accountant to work for a growing practice with a diverse client base. The position will be ideal for someone who enjoys working autonomously with the support of the Director where required.
n
This position is available on a full-time basis, with part-time considered for the right candidate.
n
About the Role
n
You will be responsible for:
n
n
Preparation and review of financial statements and income tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships.
n
Review of BAS, IAS, payroll, and compliance matters
n
Identifying tax, compliance, and structuring issues
n
Assisting with tax planning and technical accounting matters
n
Assisting with workflow management, review processes, and lodgement deadlines
n
Liaising with the Australian Taxation Office where required
n
Working with Xero, XPM, MYOB and related practice software
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n




Minimum 5+ years' Australian public practice experience
n
Prior experience reviewing financial statements, tax returns, and compliance work
n
CA / CPA qualified (or near completion) preferred but not essential
n
Strong technical tax and compliance knowledge
n
High attention to detail with the ability to identify issues before lodgement
n
Ability to work independently
n
Robust organisational and communication skills
n
