You will be part of a cooperative team supporting the evolution of pricing approaches across key insurance portfolios, working with experienced professionals across pricing, product and the wider business.

The role
n
This newly created pricing specialist role will play a key part in supporting pricing modernisation initiatives and helping translate pricing insights into commercially effective market outcomes.
n
Sitting between the technical pricing function and business stakeholders, you will use your analytical capability and insurance knowledge to help interpret pricing outputs, assess performance and support go‐to‐market pricing decisions.
n
Key responsibilities
n
n
Analyse portfolio performance, pricing data and business results to support pricing decisions
n
Provide commercial insights and recommendations to support pricing implementation
n
Interpret pricing models, assumptions and outputs to help inform business decisions
n
Support the transition to more advanced pricing methodologies and approaches
n
Partner with stakeholders across pricing, product and business teams
n
Identify trends,
opportunities and risks through data analysis
n
Support reporting, business intelligence and analytics activities
n
n
Ideal skills and experience
n
n
Experience within insurance pricing, portfolio analytics, underwriting, product, actuarial support or a similar analytical role
n
Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information
n
A good understanding of insurance pricing concepts and commercial drivers
n
The ability to apply a business lens to technical pricing outputs and recommendations
n
Strong communication skills and confidence explaining insights to stakeholders
n
The ability to work autonomously and quickly make an impact in a newly created role
n
n
Experience with data analytics and reporting tools such as SQL, SAS or Power BI would be advantageous.
n
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, solving commercial problems and connecting technical analysis with real‐world business outcomes.
