Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort is seeking a proactive Food & Beverage Manager to lead the restaurant and bar operations on a full time basis, predominantly working evening shifts and with weekend availability as required.

The successful candidate will oversee service quality, train and coach the F&B; team, manage staff rostering, ensure RSA, hygiene and WHS compliance, and collaborate with the kitchen to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
