Position Summary

Reporting to the CEO, CFO, and Strategic Advisor, the Senior Analyst provides commercial and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. The role is responsible for financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, board reporting, investor materials, and evaluating business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Develop and maintain financial, cash flow, and project models.
n
Support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
n
Prepare board papers, investor presentations, and market updates.
n
Evaluate strategic initiatives, investments, and funding opportunities.
n
Support due diligence, commercial analysis, and decision-making.
n
Produce executive reporting and ensure model governance and data integrity.
n

Must‐Have Requirements
n
n
Bachelor's degree in Finance,



Commerce, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
n
5‐8 years' experience in corporate finance, FP&A;, commercial analysis, investment banking, or equity research.
n
Advanced financial modelling, forecasting, and scenario analysis skills.
n
Experience preparing board, investor, or capital markets materials.
n
Solid analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
n
Ability to work effectively with senior executives and manage multiple priorities.
n

Preferred
n
n
CA, CPA, or CFA qualification (completed or in progress).
n
Experience in mining, resources, exploration, or natural resources sectors.
n
