About the Role
n
We're looking for a Risk Advisor to join our Risk & Compliance team and support our business units to understand and manage their risks and obligations, while contributing to a strong and maturing risk culture.
n
Reporting to a Risk Partner, your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Supporting the identification of risk across business units
n
Assisting with the development and documentation of controls
n
Analysing incidents and breaches to identify root causes and process gaps
n
Supporting business units to understand their key compliance obligations
n
Preparation of reporting for risk governance forums
n
Providing risk advice on business projects and initiatives
n
n
About You
n
You're a curious and detail-oriented risk professional who enjoys solving problems and supporting others. You bring a proactive and commercial mindset and a collaborative approach to everything you do. You'll also bring:
n
n
Experience in risk management, compliance, internal audit, or consulting
n
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
n




A practical understanding of risk and compliance frameworks
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
n
Relevant tertiary qualifications in a commercial, risk, or business-related field
n
