In this role, you will:

Work across a sophisticated mix of matters, including parenting disputes, financial agreements, property settlements, and litigated and negotiated resolutions
n




Represent clients in complex and often high-value family law matters
n
Collaborate with a broader national team of Family Law experts across cities.
n
Receive clear support for career progression within a transparent framework
n
n
The Brisbane team offers a solid client base, the backing of a full-service commercial firm, and direct access to experienced mentors who will actively guide you through to leadership.

About You
n
We are interested in hearing from practitioners who:
n
n
Have 5+ years' PAE in Family Law
n
Are commercially minded, technically sharp, and confident in managing sophisticated clients and stakeholders
n
Bring a disciplined, strategic and discreet approach to emotionally sensitive matters
n
Ideally hold or are looking to pursue Specialist Accreditation or an LLM in Family Law
n
n
