Komatsu has the prospect for a Product Support Advisor to assist in our Rio Tinto contract.
n
You'll be managing the fleet health of all Komatsu equipment by providing on-the-job technical assistance for the maintenance personnel in fault finding including major components change outs, maintenance practices & operating practices.
n
Your job is to assist personnel to resolve parts sourcing issues and resolve technical information sourcing issues.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Understanding the daily downtime of machine fleet at site
n
Involvement in repair process on local dealer machinery
n
Assistance in administration of warranty
n
Understanding and forecasting the scheduled downtime
n
Weekly site update
n
Feedback on service personnel
n
Optimisation of machines
n
Machine systems monitoring
n
n
Roster: 8:6 FIFO ex Perth – Day shift only
n
Role Located: Pilbara
n
Must be living in Perth to be considered.

What We Are Looking For
n

Hold a Trade or Engineering Qualification or background
n
Have sound knowledge and experience of Komatsu Loaders
n
Have worked on Mine Site/s in the WA Mining IndustrySelf-motivated with good initiative as well as strong team player attitude with drive and professionalism to excel
n
Always have a high standard of Customer service whilst always promoting Komatsu Products and Services
n
Demonstrated problem solving skills
n
Ability to demonstrate a strong commitment to O.H.S always
n
Ability to work away remotely at the customer site
n
Have strong negotiation skills and attention to detail
n
