The Opportunity
n
We are seeking a Finance Special Projects Analyst to play a key role in delivering major, cross‐functional initiatives across the organisation. This high‐visibility role suits a commercially minded finance professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy, systems and operational execution.
n
Reporting to the Accounting Systems Manager, you will provide advanced financial analysis, modelling and decision support, while acting as a key finance systems user supporting enhancements, data integrity and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Deliver financial modelling, scenario analysis and full‐lifecycle support for strategic projects.
n
Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts and cost optimisation initiatives.
n
Identify and manage financial, operational and compliance risks,



ensuring strong governance and controls.
n
Produce clear, insightful reporting and translate complex financial data for senior and non‐financial stakeholders.
n
Support finance systems maintenance, upgrades and implementations, identifying automation and efficiency opportunities.
n

About You
n
You are a commercially focused finance professional with strong technical capability and the confidence to influence outcomes. You bring:
n
n
Degree in Accounting with CPA or CA qualification.
n
Strong financial modelling, analysis and forecasting skills.
n
Advanced Excel and MS Office capability.
n
Experience supporting finance systems, projects or process improvements.
n
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, solution‐focused approach.
n
n
Experience within large, complex organisations and exposure to enterprise finance systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365) will be highly regarded.
n
