One of Melbourne's growing Managed Service Providers is seeking a passionate and driven Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our team, working with small and medium-sized clients. This is a Melbourne-based, on-site role.

Base pay range

A$100,******/yr - A$130,******/yr

In office, 5 days a week
n
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer
n
Experience with Azure, VMware, PowerShell, Microsoft Office, RMM and ITIL
n
n
What you will be doing
n
n
Design, maintain, and optimize IT infrastructure; lead troubleshooting for software and hardware issues
n
Collaborate with a dedicated team and Project Manager to identify opportunities to enhance and secure IT environments
n
Support a diverse range of clients across multiple industries using Azure, VMware, PowerShell, Microsoft Office, RMM and ITIL
n
Manage, automate, and optimize infrastructure solutions
n
n
Qualifications
n
n
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer
n
Minimum 5 years experience in Azure, VMware, PowerShell, Microsoft Office, RMM and ITIL
n




Ability to confidently use PowerShell for automation and integration
n
Experience within a project setting and the ability to relay technical and non-technical information
n
Driver's License
n
Demonstrated ability to manage client communications
n
Experience working within ITIL change management
n
Ability to collaborate, effectively communicate and document processes for project members
n
