Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst (Mid–Senior level) to join a major organisation on a short-term engagement. This role will play a key part in bridging business demand and project delivery by ensuring business needs are well understood, documented, and transitioned into successful outcomes.

Contract Chance – Business Analyst

Work closely with stakeholders and technology teams to triage and evaluate incoming business demand.
n
Gather, analyse, and document business requirements – from high-level needs to detailed specifications.
n
Develop templates, frameworks, and supporting documentation to strengthen business analysis practices.
n
Collaborate with project teams once demand is approved, ensuring clear and actionable requirements are available for delivery.
n
Support stakeholders through effective engagement and structured requirements-gathering processes.
n

What We're Looking For:
n
n
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in medium-to-large organisations.
n
Strong ability to translate complex business needs into clear, structured documentation.
n




Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
n
Experience supporting both early-stage demand triage and detailed requirements for project delivery.
n
Ability to work on-site in West Perth for the duration of the contract. Candidate must be based in Perth for this role.
