Responsibilities
n
n
Manage the delivery of Test Plan and Testing for Project Acute (Time, Employee Management & Payroll Optimisation)
n
Manage Testing requirements for System Integration Testing (SIT) (SuccessFactors to Downstream Systems)
n
Engage with owners of downstream systems on all testing requirements
n
Provide an overall testing plan for downstream systems
n
Manage the interaction between SuccessFactors testing and downstream testing
n
Weekly Project Status reporting
n
Ensure all required testing documentation are complete
n
Communicate with internal key stakeholders
n
Communicate with all relevant 3rd party vendors and System Integrator for project
n
n
Qualifications
n
n
Responsible for data migration testing
n
Responsible for all data migration for the following phases of the project:
n
Playback sessions
n
Iterative data load testing
n
User Acceptance Testing
n
Parallel Payroll Testing




n
Dress Rehearsal
n
Go Live
n
Responsible for the delivery of the following Testing requirements
n
System Integration Testing - SuccessFactors
n
User Acceptance Testing – SuccessFactors
n
Regression testing - SuccessFactors
n
Parallel Payroll Testing - SuccessFactors
n
Dress Rehearsal - SuccessFactors
n
Parallel pay delta data for testing of three iterations
n
Provide progress and impacts to the Test Manager
n
Cutover plan and activities
n
n
