Exp. as Architect in CRM transformation programs / Recent Applications building / Major projects cutting across CRM systems.
n
Exp. in CRM products(Ex: Siebel, Salesforce) and their Technical / functional architectures.
n
Closely work with Solution designers, developers and tester teams in implementation life cycle.
n
Exp. In CRM integration with Provisioning , Middleware and Billing systems
n
Exp in collaborating with the Customer Architect teams and other stake holders.
n
Telecom Domain exp. in CRM areas is preferable.
n
Certification in TOGAF or other Architecture related preferable.
