On behalf of our client, a leading global business transformation and services firm, we are seeking an accomplished Vice President of Sales to drive growth in the Banking sector across Australia.
n
This is a sales-focused IC role, ideal for a candidate with a strong track record in selling business
operations/services
within the Banking sector. The right individual will have a strong track record of engaging C-level stakeholders and leading high-profile opportunities and securing long-term client partnerships. This is a Permanent, fulltime role based in Sydney or Melbourne.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Develop and execute sales strategies to win new clients and expand offerings within Banking sector.
n
Drive revenue, ACV, and TCV through business development and strategic deal closures.
n
Lead end-to-end sales processes, from proposal development to negotiation and closure of strategic business transformation deals.
n
Drive business growth by developing and managing a high-value sales pipeline, identifying and originating new opportunities.
n
Strengthen Brand Presence and represent the organisation in key industry forums and deliver industry and technical thought leadership, providing insights, success stories
n
Establish and nurture strong relationships with CXOs to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions and be a trusted advisor for long-term growth conversations.
n
Collaborate Internally with solution, marketing,



and delivery teams on proposals and RFPs.
n
Identify and drive opportunities to expand and scale large-scale transformational programs across clients.
n
n
About You:
n
n
Atleast 10 years of sales experience within Banking sector in Australia.
n
Consultative Sales approach and strong track record of engaging, influencing, and selling to C-level stakeholders.
n
Proven success in selling business transformation, BPO, ITO, Data & Analytics, AI solutions.
n
Proven track record of successful business
operations/services
sales and business development in a regional or global consulting firm.
n
Proven understanding of and hands-on experience with global service delivery models, including onshore and offshore operations.
n
Proven experience in winning new business and expanding market presence with a strong network of decision-makers in the Banking sector.
n
Willingness to travel as required.
n
n
