An outstanding opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Family Lawyer to join a highly regarded and well-established family law practice in Sydney.

This role is ideal for a lawyer who enjoys managing high-quality matters, building strong client relationships, and mentoring junior team members, while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

The Role
n
You will work across a broad range of family law matters, including:
n
n
Complex property settlements
n
Divorce and separation
n
Child support matters
n
Family violence and urgent applications
n
Mediation, negotiations and Court appearances
n
n
You will have carriage of your own files from initial instructions through to resolution, while working closely with experienced Partners on more complex and high-value matters.
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
5+ years' PAE in Family Law
n
Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of family law
n
Experience managing matters with a high degree of autonomy
n
Excellent drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills




n
Exceptional communication and client relationship skills
n
A collaborative approach and willingness to mentor junior lawyers
n
Admission as a Solicitor in Australia with a current practising certificate
n
