Key Responsibilities:

Lead M&A; transactions and business sales from inception to completion
n
Advise on deal structure, risk, and negotiation strategy
n
Manage complex banking & finance matters, including multi‐jurisdictional transactions
n
Draft bespoke agreements and provide strategic corporate advice
n
Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to practice growth
n
Build strong client relationships and support business development initiatives
n
n




Skills & Experience:
n
n
Senior Associate or Special Counsel level experience
n
6+ years' post‐admission experience in
corporate/commercial
law and/or banking & finance
n
Proven ability to manage complex matters independently
n
Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills
n
Commercial mindset and leadership qualities
n
n
