HammondCare International is seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator for a fixed-term 12-month part time role (2 days per week) in the Palliative Care Unit at Neringah Hospital. You will deliver educational programs to staff to support high-quality, person-centred care and work with Nursing Unit Manager, CNC, Hammond College and clinical managers to foster a cohesive team.
