Responsibilities
n
As a Foreman, you'll be working on projects valued between $2m - $15m, leading a team and subcontractors to deliver high-quality outcomes across subdivision projects. Your key responsibilities include:
n
n
Overseeing daily site operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
n
Managing personnel and subcontractors to meet project milestones
n
Maintaining compliance with construction plans and project specifications
n
Promoting a positive, solutions-driven team culture
n
Ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
n
n
About you
n
n
Demonstrated experience as a Foreman,



ideally working across subdivision projects or similar.
n
Experience in bulk earthworks, civils and roadworks
n
Ability to read and interpret construction plans
n
Ability to deliver projects to agreed outcomes.
n
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
n
Construction Industry Card (White / Blue)
n
Current Driver Licence
n
Various plant machinery tickets will be highly regarded
n
Strong commitment to Quality and Safety standards
n
