We are seeking an experienced Workday Financial Business Analyst to support a large-scale transformation program, translating strategic business objectives into high-quality functional requirements and driving delivery in Workday solutions.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Translate transformation objectives into explicit Workday Financial functional requirements
n
Elicit, document and validate current and future-state processes, including end-to-end process mapping
n
Produce functional designs and solution options aligned with Workday capabilities and
constraintsIdentify
and recommend process improvements across Core Financials, Expenses, Financial Planning and Projects
n
Partner with business stakeholders, SMEs, technical teams and implementation vendors to deliver outcomes
n
Support project scope management across Jira and Signavio, including in-scope clarification and change impact assessment
n
Own workstream deliverables, quality assurance and business sign‐off
n
Manage project risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies (RAID), escalating where required
n




Prioritise and deliver work in line with program timelines and interdependencies
n
Work closely with change and impact teams to assess and manage business impacts of changes
n
n
Qualifications
n
n
Proven end-to-end experience in delivering Workday Financial Management functional within large, complex multi-phase transformation programs
n
Demonstrated experience across full implementation lifecycle, including design, configuration, implementation and optimisation
n
Strong hands‐on knowledge and experience across core and adjacent Workday Financial Management modules
n
Strong experience producing high-quality functional designs, process maps and solution options
n
Confident and effective stakeholder engagement skills, with experience in working closely with senior leaders, SMEs and vendors
n
Strong delivery mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
n
Experience working with tools such as Jira and Signavio (or similar)
n
