Lead the Donna womens business at the Westfield boutique, supporting the Store Director and Assistant Store Manager in daily operations, team management, and achieving sales targets. Foster a positive culture, deliver exceptional client experiences, and drive commercial performance in a luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities

Manage and coach the sales team to achieve KPIs and sales targets
n
Lead by example on the sales floor and participate in clienteling and after sales care
n
Support daily boutique operations alongside store leadership
n
Develop a positive work culture and motivate team members
n
Monitor market and trend developments to inform commercial strategies
n




Implement incentive and commission initiatives to drive performance
n
Ensure high standards of customer service and client relationship management
n

Requirements
n
n
Minimum 5 years luxury retail experience
n
Minimum 5 years management experience in a similar role
n
Proven track record of driving sales results and meeting KPIs
n
Robust customer focus and clienteling skills
n
Commercial awareness and understanding of contemporary trends
n
Demonstrated leadership and team development abilities
