This established developer-builder is delivering a landmark project on the Sunshine Coast. With 3 stages already planned, this is a long‐term role that will see you commence on a $5M luxury build and finish on a $30M multi‐story project.

Your new role
n
The first stage is a $5M renovation including an indoor pool, 2 multi‐story luxury units and a car park, large enough to fit 15 cars! You will take the lead role driving the program, supported by a leading hand and site administrator, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Managing day‐to‐day site activities and subcontractors
n
Driving and maintaining the construction program in collaboration with the Project Manager
n
Producing fortnightly lookaheads and reporting progress
n
Overseeing safety, quality, and compliance
n
Utilising Procore to track project delivery and documentation
n
n
The broader project includes multiple dwellings,



a significant extension, structured parking, swimming pool facilities, and future stages including apartments and town houses, offering long‐term work.

What you need to succeed
n
To be considered for this role, you must have:
n
n
Proven experience as a Site Manager or Foreman on similar builds
n
Strong understanding of multi‐storey construction and waterproofing
n
Established local subcontractor network and industry contacts
n
A trade background and QBCC Site Supervisors Licence
n
n
