The Role
n
As a Senior Accountant, you will take ownership of client relationships while contributing to leadership and firm direction. Your responsibilities will include:
n

Work on a portfolio of SME clients across tax and advisory
n




Reviewing financial statements, income tax returns and complex compliance work
n
Providing practical, commercial and legislative advice
n
Leading, mentoring and reviewing work of junior and intermediate staff
n
Managing workflow, deadlines and client expectations
n
Acting as a trusted adviser and key point of contact for clients
n
Working closely with Directors on strategy, growth and succession planning
n
n
This role offers autonomy, leadership influence and meaningful progression.
n
What You'll Bring
n
n
CA or CPA qualification
n
Proven experience at a Senior Accountant level within public practice
n
Strong technical background across taxation and business services
n
Demonstrated leadership, mentoring or portfolio management experience
n
Confidence managing clients independently
n
Commercial mindset with robust communication skills
n
Ambition to progress into a leadership or Partner-level role
n
