Position Overview
n
Are you ready to lead our supply chain operations into the future? We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Supply Chain to join our dynamic team!
n
As the Head of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for optimising end-to-end supply chain operations, including Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;), logistics, and customer service. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure an efficient flow of goods and information, aligning supply chain strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain Management
n
n
Oversee the complete supply chain process from demand planning to final delivery, focusing on Customer Service, Production Planning, Distribution, and Warehousing.
n
Develop and implement a risk management strategy to address production capacity and identify potential disruptions.
n
Manage supply chain costs and ensure budget compliance while driving cost-saving initiatives.
n

Customer Service
n
n
Ensure a high level of customer service by managing the interface between internal teams and external stakeholders.
n
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and clients to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.
n
n
S&OP; Management and Planning
n
n
Develop detailed short- and long-range plans/schedules to optimise resource allocation and meet customer demand.
n
Prepare accurate demand forecasts using historical data and market trends, continuously monitoring forecast accuracy to reduce errors.
n
Coordinate with suppliers and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials and finished goods, while managing inventory levels effectively.
n
n
Distribution/Warehousing
n
n
Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping, implementing best practices for layout and safety.
n
Monitor logistics performance and implement improvements for on‐time delivery, cost efficiency, and compliance with regulations.
n
Track and analyse key supply chain performance metrics and initiate process improvements aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing costs.
n




Facilitate regular team meetings to identify improvement opportunities and foster a culture of continuous evolution within the supply chain.

What will make you successful
n
n
10+ years of solid experience in supply chain management, particularly in FMCG and high‐volume production.
n
Proven expertise in S&OP;, demand/supply planning, logistics, and warehouse management.
n
Strong analytical, problem‐solving, and leadership skills.
n
Experience with ERP systems and knowledge in GMP and WHS legislation is advantageous.
