Responsibilities

Work across a range of insurance disputes, including property damage claims, public liability, product liability and general liability matters.
n
Join a friendly and affable local partner and team, taking control of files and dealing with clients directly as part of the national group.

Receive mentoring in relationship building and enjoy substantial autonomy within a well-networked team.

Contribute to high-end professional indemnity and complex matters as part of a tailored mix of work.

Qualifications
n
n
3–8 years PAE (post-qualification experience) in insurance disputes or a related field.
n
Experience with property damage, public liability, product liability and general liability matters.
n
Open to lawyers moving from plaintiff firms; willingness to work in Melbourne is advantageous.
