Business Development Manager – Co-Manufacturing | Refresco

Refresco, one of the world's largest independent beverage solutions providers, is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their Co-Manufacturing team and support both existing customers and new product launches. This is a rare opportunity to join a nimble, high-impact team in a global beverage leader.

Responsibilities

n
Manage and grow a portfolio of co-manufacturing customers.
n
Own customer relationships and ensure seamless project delivery.
n
Collaborate with Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Finance to bring products to life.
n
Run weekly WIP/project meetings and follow through on actions.
n
Lead conversations, pick up the phone, and problem-solve on the fly.
n
n
About You
n
You're confident, agile, and thrive in environments with low structure and high pace.



You might come from a smaller FMCG or manufacturing business where you've had to wear multiple hats, and you enjoy taking ownership from end to end.
n
n
Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
Commercially savvy with the ability to influence outcomes.
n
Quick thinking and adaptable – able to operate without a playbook.
n
Project or account management experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or supply chain.
n
Comfortable managing complexity and driving results independently.
n
