Our responsibilities span national digital health services and systems, including My Health Record, Electronic Prescriptions, and the MyHealth App.

About the Role
n
A Senior Test Manager – System Integration position has been created in the Solution Delivery team in response to the Agency transitioning the System Integration function from a key external delivery partner.
n
• Manage test delivery with vendors and internal staff to ensure that across projects the delivery remain within scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets as defined with project teams.
n
• Analyse and report on test activities and results, and escalating issues and risks to project
n
• Manage the development of test plans, test cases and supporting test data and/or requirements.
n
• Identify, manage and document defects, programming errors and operational characteristics that are inconsistent with stated requirements and design specifications, including Managing Defect Triages and meetings.
n
• Oversee all test phases across value streams and projects.
n
• Experience in automation testing, API testing test management tools, would be highly desirable.
n
What You'll Bring
n
• 5 - 10 years' experience managing a technical testing team.
n
• Have strong technical
skills/understanding
with experience in delivery of large mission critical systems, various cloud environments and large databases and applications like Oracle.
n
• Experience in standard development, delivery and operational processes like SDLC, COBIT, Prince2, ISO****, ITSM, SIAM or similar.
n
• Working with and implementing project delivery and testing tools in a DevOps/DevSecOps framework.
n
• Degree in IT, Engineering or related field is desirable.
n




• Professional certification and minimum 1 year practical experience in CMMi or TMMi.
n
• Ability to obtain and maintain national police check.
n
• Australian Citizenship is a condition of eligibility.
n
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a higher clearance if required by the Agency.
n

Salary: This role offers between $120,486 - $137,417 plus 15.4% superannuation depending on skills and experience.
n
Order of Merit: Applicants rated as suitable will be placed in a merit pool that may be used to fill similar ongoing or non-ongoing positions throughout the Agency for up to 18 months.
