We're on the hunt for a motivated, self-driven, and customer-focused Territory Sales Manager to join our team based out of Dandenong. If you're passionate about ag machinery, thrive on building relationships, and have a hunger to close deals, this role is your next big opportunity.

What You'll Be Doing
n

Build and manage strong client relationships across your territory
n
Proactively sell in house and visit farms/businesses to drive sales and uncover new opportunities
n
Deliver engaging product demonstrations and after-sales support
n
Use CRM tools to manage leads and pipeline,



with full support from the admin team
n
Represent the business at field days, trade shows, and industry events
n

What We're Looking For

Proven sales or customer service experience in agriculture, machinery, industrial, or auto sectors
n
Strong understanding of Dandenong's farming industry
n
Practical problem-solver with excellent communication skills

Relationship-builder with a genuine focus on customer satisfaction
