Join Boral Recycling at our Salisbury site and play a key role in transforming construction waste into valuable current resources. This is a hands‐on position offering variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to build a long‐term career with one of Australia's leading construction materials companies.
n As a Fixed Plant & Heavy Mobile Equipment Operator, you'll be involved in all aspects of our recycling operation. While plant operation will be your primary focus, you'll also enjoy a varied workday that includes working alongside a supportive team to keep the site running safely and efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Operating fixed plant and heavy mobile equipment (HME)
n
Loading road trucks with finished product
n
Managing inbound materials and stock movements
n
Loading materials for mobile processing equipment
n
Operating haul trucks and transporting materials around site
n
Working closely with the Site Manager, Supervisor, and wider team
n
Assisting with general site maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs
n
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
n
Maintaining high safety and environmental standards
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Experience operating fixed plant and/or heavy mobile equipment
n
Experience in quarrying, recycling,



crushing, screening, or blending operations is highly regarded
n
A strong commitment to safety and teamwork
n
A positive, can‐do attitude and willingness to learn
n
Someone who enjoys hands‐on work and thrives in a team workplace
n
