The role:
n

Manage and expand a diverse portfolio of SME and commercial clients
n
Provide tailored insurance solutions and risk management advice
n
Collaborate with underwriters to secure competitive terms and finalise policies
n
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and referrals
n
Build strong relationships with clients, insurers, and colleagues
n
Stay informed on industry trends and compliance requirements
n
n
About you:
n
n
5+ years' experience in general insurance, ideally in broking or account management
n
Strong technical knowledge of insurance products and risk management
n
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
n
Proven track record in managing and growing client portfolios
n
Tier 1 or Tier 2 insurance broking qualifications (Tier 2 acceptable if willing to upgrade)
n
Organised, proactive, and able to handle multiple priorities
n
n
