Base pay range

A$100,******/yr - A$110,******/yr

Key Duties
n
n
End-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy across data entry, calculations, and deductions.
n
Maintain employee data and profiles to the highest standard.
n
Respond to and resolve payroll-related queries in a timely manner.
n
Deliver regular reporting and payroll analytics, including inputs for board and committee papers.
n
Manage and action tickets within agreed timeframes.
n
Provide payroll insights and analysis to support business decision‐making.
n

Ideal Experience
n
n




Demonstrated end-to-end payroll experience in a high-volume setting (large teams or complex processing highly desirable).
n
Previous exposure to the retail sector.
n
Strong reporting, analytics, and manual payroll calculation skills.
n
Experience with in-house payroll systems.
n
Solid knowledge of EBAs and awards, with strong attention to detail.
n
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively within a team.
