We are now expanding our Information & Analytics Practice with a new Principal Consultant to guide our clients on Data Governance & Management, Information Strategy and Architecture, Analytics and AI. This is an opportunity to influence the future of information management & analytics working with our extensive government and corporate customer base in Queensland.

About the role
n
As Principal Consultant you will:
n
n
Lead strategic consulting services, from initial assessments to comprehensive planning and execution of major initiatives
n
Identify and shape opportunities through early‐stage client conversations, bringing clarity and structure to complex problems
n
Engage confidently with senior stakeholders and executives to shape and influence data‐driven transformation agendas
n
Drive the sales cycle with the Practice Manager, leading opportunity qualification, proposal development, project estimation and scoping and pricing
n




Contribute to capability uplift across our team by mentoring others, evolving our intellectual property, demonstrating thought leadership and staying up‐to‐date with trends in data governance, data management, and AI.

About You
n
You'll bring a mix of delivery leadership, strategic thinking, and commercial savvy – with the confidence to step into advisory conversations and guide client direction.
n
We're looking for someone with:
n
n
Proven experience in data strategy, information architecture, information governance, data management and analytics across complex organisations
n
Familiarity with Microsoft's data stack (Azure, Purview, Power BI, Fabric), and data governance tools and practices.
n
A background in shaping and delivering strategic engagements, including business cases, operating models, governance frameworks, or technology enablement.
n
The ability to lead engagements and proposals, working closely with account teams, architects, and delivery leads
n
A collaborative, pragmatic style, able to adapt to the needs of both delivery and sales contexts
n
