Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Web Designer with at least 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant and a solid background in working with overseas clients (U.S., U.K., Canada, or Australia). This is a project-based remote role focused on building and managing membership and e-learning websites.

Candidates must have hands-on experience with the following tools:

WordPress

Beaver Builder
n
MemberPress
n
PayPal
n
Stripe
n
ActiveCampaign
n

These platforms form the core of the projects infrastructure, expertise is essential to ensure seamless integration, a smooth user experience, and timely delivery.

Responsibilities
n

Design, build,
and maintain websites using WordPress and Beaver Builder
n
Set up and manage membership systems with MemberPress
n
Integrate secure payment gateways (PayPal and Stripe)
n
Implement automated email workflows and CRM functions using ActiveCampaign
n
Collaborate with international clients and meet project deadlines
n
Troubleshoot and optimize websites as needed
n
n
Qualifications
n
n
Minimum 2 years experience as a Virtual Assistant
n
Demonstrated success working with U.S., U.K., or Canada-based clients
n
High attention to detail and ability to work independently
n
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
