Job Summary
n
We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Analyst with a strong focus on Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) to manage Business As Usual (BAU) tasks. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in cybersecurity, specifically in Zscaler Web Security, and will be responsible for handling incidents, whitelisting URLs, onboarding new applications, and supporting app connector patching and updates.

Responsibilities
n

Monitor and respond to security incidents related to Zscaler ZIA and ZPA.
n
Manage the whitelisting of URLs to ensure secure access to necessary resources.
n
Assist in the onboarding of new applications into the Zscaler environment.
n
Support patching and updates for app connectors to maintain security compliance.
n
Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Zscaler solutions.
n
Document processes and procedures related to Zscaler operations.
n




Provide training and support to team members on Zscaler functionalities.
n
Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and Zscaler product updates.
n

Mandatory Skills
n
n
Proven experience with Zscaler Web Security.
n
Strong understanding of Zscaler ZIA and ZPA functionalities.
n
Experience in incident management and response.
n
Knowledge of URL whitelisting processes.
n
Familiarity with application onboarding procedures.
n
Ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace.
n

Preferred Skills
n
n
Certifications in Zscaler ZIA/ZPA
n
Experience with other security technologies and frameworks.
n
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications
n
n
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
n
5-7 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on Zscaler solutions.
n
Proven track record of managing BAU tasks in a cybersecurity environment.
