Based in North Ryde, this is a fully office‐based role (5 days onsite).

THE ROLE
n
Reporting to the HR Manager and working alongside another Recruiter, you will support the end‐to‐end recruitment process across a high volume of roles.
n
Your day‐to‐day responsibilities will include:
n

Screening and shortlisting candidates
n
Coordinating and scheduling interviews
n
Managing and aligning hiring managers' diaries
n
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business
n
Supporting the broader recruitment function in a fast‐paced environment
n
n
THE CRITERIA
n
To be successful in this role,



you will have a minimum of three years' experience working in a recruitment position, either agency or in‐house, and have proven experience operating in a fast‐paced, high‐volume environment recruiting across retail or sales. You will demonstrate strong resilience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with a wide range of stakeholders while effectively managing competing priorities and maintaining robust working relationships across the business.
