THE ROLE
n
You'll take ownership of your own portfolio, managing client relationships across both compliance and advisory.
n
n
Manage and grow your own client portfolio — your clients, your relationships
n
Deliver a full suite of compliance and advisory services across all entity types, from tax returns and financials through to business structuring and strategic advice
n
Work directly with the partner on complex matters, with a genuine seat at the table
n
Identify opportunities to add value to clients beyond compliance, including cashflow advisory, property structuring, and business performance conversations
n
Play an active role in shaping how the firm grows. Your input on systems, processes and client experience is genuinely welcomed here
n

YOU
n
n
CA/CPA qualified (or qualified by experience)
n
Proven ability to manage client relationships.



You're confident being the go-to person for your clients and you take pride in those relationships
n
Comfortable working autonomously you don't need to be micromanaged
n
Experience across all areas of tax affecting SME's
n
