Are you a Business Analyst who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments and knows how to turn business strategy into robust business and technology outcomes?

This is more than a traditional BA role, this is an opportunity to lead change, shape solutions, and deliver real impact across system integration and implementation of projects for a growing business.

We are looking for a forward-thinking BA with:
n
A proven ability to understand and influence people.
n
Proven experience in driving organisational change and guiding stakeholders through technology transformation.
n
A natural ability to build trusted relationships across IT and business teams.
n
As a Business Analyst, you will be:
n
Engaging stakeholders early in the initiative lifecycle to gather and define high-level business requirements.
n
Supporting the development of business cases by translating strategic objectives into clear, actionable insights.
n
Leading the analysis process through solution design, process mapping, functional specifications and testing.
n
Ensuring alignment between business needs, technical solutions and delivery outcomes.
n
Supporting change management by conducting impact assessments, planning communications, training and tracking adoption to ensure smooth technology rollouts.
n
What You will bring:
n
Technical acumen with hands-on experience in system integration, data modelling or enterprise platforms.




n
A proven track record delivering integration and implementation projects in complex environments.
n
Influence and relationship-building skills to be a trusted partner across the business with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
n
A pragmatic problem solver who is resilient, clear under pressure, and focused on outcomes and value.
n
Bonus: experience with building frameworks, integration tooling, data visualisation/BI, and test management.
