We currently have a full-time opportunity for an experienced prescription medication sales skilled to join our Prescription Sales team in Victoria. You will promote Aspen medications and products to new and existing GP and Medical Centre customers in the Melbourne North metropolitan area and the regional area of Ballarat.
n
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Promoting leading medications to GPs, clinics, and healthcare professionals (including community pharmacists and optometrists), meeting sales targets
n
Representing Aspen at trade displays and events
n
Developing and managing your Territory Plan using IMS Sales analysis
n
Implementing programs within your territory to raise awareness and drive adoption
n




Collaborating with GP and HSR colleagues on planning, sales activities, digital initiatives, and CRM
n
Working with Brand and Marketing teams to execute marketing plans and enhance Aspen's digital presence
n
Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system
n
n
To succeed, you should be self-motivated, proactive, well-organized, and a team player. Additionally:
n
n
Experience in medical sales within the prescription field and understanding of health network stakeholders
n
Knowledge of pharmaceutical pricing, discounts, and competition law
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
n
Tertiary qualifications in science or health-related fields are highly desirable
n
n
