Position Overview: As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales growth and expanding our market presence. This is a full-time position with a commitment of 38 hours per week and offers a competitive annual salary of $150,000 AUD or above, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives.

Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to achieve sales targets.

Identify and explore recent market opportunities to expand our customer base.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts.
n
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales and marketing management

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to develop and implement strategic plans

Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Preferred)

Knowledge of agricultural drones or related technologies (preferred).
