About the Role
n
As a Registered Cath Lab Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Delivering safe, evidence‐based nursing care
n
Providing expert clinical support to VMOs during cath lab procedures including coronary angiograms, pacemakers and vascular procedures
n




Collaborating effectively within the Cath Lab and wider multidisciplinary healthcare team
n
Contributing to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
n
Acting as a role model for safe practice and qualified standards
n
n
Essential Criteria
n
n
Minimum 5 years' clinical experience in a Cath Lab environment
n
Bachelor of Nursing
n
AHPRA registration
n
Strong clinical skills with a commitment to high‐quality patient care
n
Self‐motivated with the ability to work effectively in a high‐functioning team
n
Well‐developed interpersonal and communication skills
n
n
Desirable criteria
n
n
Postgraduate Certificate in Cardiac Care (or currently working towards)
n
Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification
n
