Overview

Trade Counter Assistant - HVAC-R at Reece HVAC, Rooty Hill. Support tradespeople and customers by providing product access and information to help HVAC-R projects run smoothly. An opportunity to develop skills and progress toward future leadership roles within the network.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service and information about HVAC-R products in person and over the phone
n
Offer quotes and assist with order recommendations
n
Undertake pick, packing and stock control activities
n
Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming branch setting
n
Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
n
Participate in tailored on-the-job training and develop operational and commercial skills
n

What we're looking for

Previous experience in retail sales or leadership and a customer-focused approach

Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems

Clean, valid driver's licence
