We are seeking a highly seasoned Business Analyst to operate across multiple Lines of Business (LoBs) as part of large, enterpriseā€scale transformation programs. This role requires a principal level BA with 25+ years of experience who can confidently navigate complex environments and drive outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups.

Key Requirements

Proven experience as a Lead Business Analyst on major transformation programs involving multiple LoBs (e.g., Retail, Institutional, Risk, Finance, Operations)
n
Demonstrated end-to-end BA ownership, including discovery, target-state design, requirements, delivery support, SIT/UAT coordination, and go-live readiness
n
Exceptional ability to manage and influence stakeholders across Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Architecture, and Operations
n
Experience working within large banking environments; Westpac experience highly advantageous
