About this opportunity

As a Business Operations Manager (BOM) for a company‐owned office, you will lead and guide the Dovida team in navigating business challenges and opportunities. This senior leadership role operates in a fast‐paced, service‐based environment where juggling priorities and closing out tasks to drive outcomes is crucial. Using your previous leadership experience, you will foster strong relationships, motivate and guide the team to achieve business goals, and provide constructive feedback that drives business capability and personal growth. You will identify new business opportunities and grow the business through strong community partnerships and networking.

About you
n
n
Relevant experience managing a business or standalone unit – service or retail‐based industry
n
Ability to drive and implement organisational change and lead your team through change‐management
n
Experience in the aged care, NDIS or similar operational environments is beneficial, but not essential
n
Proven track record of managing and growing businesses or business units
n
Experience ensuring continual improvement of business and financial processes and systems
n
Solid analytical, leadership and team‐development skills
n
Resilient, pragmatic approach
n
Strong people‐management skills and understanding of the employment landscape in Australia
n
Sound commercial acumen – strong financial literacy
n
Valid driver's licence and ability to travel between Osborne Park and Clarkson office locations
n
