Top Tier client – Tier 1 client looking for corporate lawyer with 4-10+ years experience to work across a mix of M&A;, ECM and corporate advisory matters. Chambers & Legal500 ranked team and Partners.

New Law client – Exciting chance for mid-level SENIOR ASSOCIATE or SPECIAL COUNSEL LEVEL Corporate lawyer to work across mid cap public & private M&A; and general corporate matters. Highly regarded firm with enviable culture.

Mid Tier client – Highly regarded mid tier looking for a Senior Associate level lawyer to work across M&A;, IPOs, private equity, venture capital fund raising and investment, regulated and unregulated managed investment schemes.
n
Top Tier client – Leading group looking for an Associate to work on a range of cross-border and domestic M&A; transactions in the Financial Service and Fintech space.

Mid Tier client – Expanding Melbourne Corporate team looking for a Corporate Commercial Lawyer with 3-5+ years PQE advising across all aspects of Corporate Commercial work for HNW clients.

Top Tier client – Leading group looking for a Senior Associate to work on a range of cross-border and domestic M&A; transactions in the Energy and Resources space.
n
