The SMB Account Executive role is designed for experienced SaaS SDRs who thrive in fast-paced environments. You'll manage closing the sales, working with SMB clients, navigating multi-stakeholder deal cycles, and delivering high-impact product demos to drive growth. With a strong pipeline of opportunities, you'll play a key role in expanding market presence and delivering value to clients

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Manage the close of the sales cycle from inbound leads from SDRs and a marketing team
n
Consult with SMB businesses, understand their challenges, and provide tailored solutions
n
Deliver engaging product demos that showcase the platform's value to multiple stakeholders
n
Navigate complex deal cycles and work with decision-makers to drive successful outcomes
n
Collaborate cross-functionally,



providing client insights to improve the product and sales strategy
n
Track key sales metrics, maintaining accurate reporting on performance, pipeline, and forecasts
n
n
Who You Are
n
n
Minimum 1-2 years in B2B SaaS sales, ideally selling to SMB clients
n
Strong understanding of sales metrics, KPIs, and performance tracking
n
Based in Melbourne and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
n
