Your new role
n
As the Principal Service Delivery Officer – Projects, you will lead and deliver key business improvement initiatives focused on strengthening provider partnerships, service delivery frameworks, and operational outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:
n

Developing, implementing and continuously improving provider partnership frameworks and related resources.
n
Leading projects that enhance provider engagement, monitoring, and service delivery effectiveness.
n
Creating practical procedures, templates, guidelines, and tools that support consistent business practices.
n
Providing expert advice and guidance on service delivery frameworks and operational processes.
n




Identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
n
Ensuring all activities align with legislative, policy, governance, and organisational requirements.
n
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive positive service and participant outcomes.
n

What you'll need to succeed
n
n
Demonstrated experience delivering business improvement projects, frameworks, procedures, or operational initiatives.
n
Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
n
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and relationship-building capabilities.
n
Experience developing practical resources, processes, templates, and frameworks that support operational consistency.
n
The capability to quickly understand legislative, policy, and governance requirements and apply them in practice.
n
Experience within healthcare, disability, insurance, human services, or other regulated environments will be highly regarded.
n
