Responsible for leading end-to-end SAP testing strategy, governance, and execution across large-scale S/4HANA and ECC transformation programmes. Ensures quality assurance, risk mitigation, and business readiness across SIT, UAT, regression, and cutover phases.

Key Responsibilities

Define SAP test strategy, governance, KPIs, and quality standards
n
Lead SIT, UAT, regression, and hypercare testing phases
n
Manage defect lifecycle and ensure timely resolution
n
Oversee test teams and vendor/SI performance
n
Drive test automation and tooling (Tosca, Worksoft, CBTA, ALM, Jira)
n
Ensure integration, data migration, and risk coverage
n
Report progress to senior stakeholders and steering committees
n

Key Skills
n
n
12+ years SAP testing experience with leadership roles
n
Robust S/4HANA, ECC, and SAP module knowledge (FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM)
n
Experience in SAP transformation programmes
n
Test governance, automation, and stakeholder management
