About The Role
n
As a Project Leader, you'll be the engine behind our project success — leading teams, coordinating with clients, managing consultants, and driving design and documentation through all project phases. You'll partner closely with a Project Director and take full ownership of project outcomes, quality, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead multi-disciplinary teams across design, documentation and delivery.
n
Manage and coordinate large-scale multi-residential developments.
n
Oversee consultant coordination and project quality from concept to construction.
n
Act as the central point of contact for clients, ensuring communication and satisfaction.
n
Administer contracts, track budgets, and manage project timelines.
n
Maintain high Revit/BIM standards across the project lifecycle.
n
Review and approve project documentation to meet CPA quality and compliance benchmarks.
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Minimum 7+ years of experience in architecture or project management roles.
n
Proven leadership in delivering complex multi-residential and commercial projects.
n
High-level proficiency in Revit, BIM workflows and project delivery systems.
n
Solid knowledge of local building codes, BCA and contract administration.
n
Ability to inspire and mentor teams while keeping projects on track and on budget.
n
Excellent interpersonal skills and client-facing confidence.
n
Architectural registration in Australia (or working towards it).
n
Must be a permanent resident of Australia.
n
