Job Descriptionn
In this role, you will:
n
n
Lead the end-to-end management of employee relations and industrial matters across APAC
n
n
n
Act as the main point of contact for disputes, grievances, and Fair Work or tribunal matters
n
n
n
Conduct robust investigations and provide strategic, risk-based advice to stakeholders
n
n
n
Manage sensitive termination processes and employee complaints to mitigate business risk
n
n
n
Provide expert guidance on workplace conduct, policies, and compliance obligations
n
n
n
Deliver training and uplift capability across the HR and payroll functions
n
n
n
Collaborate with HR Business Partners, WHS, Payroll and Legal to ensure best practice
n
Qualificationsn




You'll thrive in this role if you have:
n
n
Strong experience in conducting workplace investigations and managing ER disputes
n
n
n
A solid understanding of the Australian IR/ER landscape and Fair Work legislation
n
n
n
The ability to navigate union environments and employee representative engagement
n
n
n
Excellent judgement, discretion, and communication skills under pressure
n
n
n
A proactive, calm and organised approach to complex casework
n
n
n
A customer-focused mindset and a desire to contribute to continuous improvement
n
Experience working in a fast-paced HR or ER function
n
High emotional intelligence and confidence managing sensitive issues
n
A sharp eye for detail, strong MS Office skills, and a practical understanding of legislation
n
(Desirable) Tertiary qualifications in HR, IR, Law or a related field
n
