We're partnering with a well-established Australian organisation to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing internal recruitment team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to transition from agency into an in-house role.

About the Role
n
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a diverse portfolio of roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and secure quality talent. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll manage multiple vacancies at any one time while delivering an exceptional experience for both candidates and stakeholders.

This is a hands‐on role where you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact, contribute ideas, and become a trusted recruitment expert within the business.

Key Responsibilities
n

Manage end‐to‐end recruitment across a variety of roles
n
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment advice
n
Source, screen and interview candidates using a range of attraction strategies
n
Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring
n
Deliver an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment process
n
Manage recruitment administration and maintain accurate records within the ATS
n
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the recruitment function
n
Keep up to date with market trends and share recruitment insights with stakeholders
n
n
About You
n
You'll be someone who enjoys working at pace, building strong relationships, and delivering quality outcomes in a busy recruitment setting.

To be successful, you'll have:
n
n
Previous end‐to‐end recruitment experience, either within an agency or internal talent acquisition team
n
Experience managing multiple vacancies and competing priorities
n
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
n
A proactive, organised and solutions‐focused approach
n
The ability to build rapport quickly and provide an outstanding candidate experience
n
n

Salary of up to $100,000 + Super (depending on experience)

Based in Chermside with onsite parking

Full‐time office‐based for the first 8 weeks, then 1 day per week working from home
