As a Bookkeeping Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the bookkeeping services division.

Responsibilities at a Glance:
n
n
Collaborate with senior management to ensure deadlines are met and work is of the highest standard.
n




Guide and mentor Bookkeepers to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
n
Oversee the preparation of client accounts, providing guidance where necessary.
n
Conduct high-level reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency in client accounts.
n
Maintain compliance with statutory requirements and deadlines.
n
Uphold values and ethical standards at all times.
n
n
Skills and Qualifications:
n
n
6 to 10 + years bookkeeping experience, preferably in a public practice accounting firm bookkeeping division or in a bookkeping firm with multiple clients.
n
Proficiency in XERO and other accounting software.
n
Strong leadership and communication skills.
n
Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced environment and meet deadlines.
n
XERO Advisor Certification and Payroll Certification are preferred.
n
