Coles Group Pty Ltd is seeking a Managing Legal Counsel within the Corporate Advisory Legal Team. You will provide strategically focused legal guidance across the Coles Group, partnering with business stakeholders on a range of strategic work including mergers and acquisitions.

The role leads three junior lawyers and collaborates with a team of eight, supporting governance, joint ventures and capital transactions. 8–10 years PQE with private practice or in-house experience is expected.
